Account Registration & Management
Your comprehensive guide to joining the platform, managing your professional identity, and securing your company data.
Our platform uses a smart "Company Linking" system. When you register, we ask for your Country and Registration Number (Tax ID/Business License).
New Company (You are the Admin)
If your Company Registration Number is not yet in our system, we create a new Company entity. You will automatically become the Company Administrator, granting you full control over team management.
Existing Company (Pending Approval)
If your company already exists, your account will be created with a "Pending Approval" status. The current Company Administrator must approve your request before you can access the dashboard.
PIPL Consent & Compliance: Our platform is fully compliant with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). To complete your registration, you must review and explicitly accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can also opt-in to our optional cross-border data transfer consent, which facilitates rapid manifest filing with international ocean carriers and destination port authorities.
Access the Form
To register a free account, hover over the myCall button at the top right of the navigation bar. In the dropdown menu that appears, click the red Register button at the bottom.

Complete the registration form as shown below. The system will use this data to set up your permissions.

Choose your preferred interface language (EN, FR, ZH).
Select "Shipper" if you own goods, or "Forwarder" if booking for others.
Use your professional email address.
Create a secure password (min. 8 chars, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit, 1 special char).
Select your personal residence country.
Important. Search calling code (e.g. +86), then enter number. Aligned with PIPL and international routing rules.
Legal English name of your business.
Your Business License or Tax ID. This determines how your account is linked (see below).
Account Linking & Outcomes
Once you click submit, our system checks if your Registration Number (#8) exists in our database.
OUTCOME A: NEW COMPANY
If your Registration Number is new to us, we create a new Company entity. You automatically become the Company Admin.
OUTCOME B: EXISTING COMPANY
If your company already exists in our database, you are linked to it. Your status is Pending Approval until the Admin accepts you.
The Admin Decision (For Outcome B Users)
If you joined an existing company, your dashboard access is restricted until your Company Administrator reviews your request. Here is what happens next:
Scenario 1: Approved
The Admin verifies your identity and accepts your request. You will receive an email confirmation instantly.
Dear member, your request to link to Trade Corp Ltd has been approved. You can now log in using your registered credentials to access bookings.
Scenario 2: Denied
The Admin denies your request (often if they do not recognize your name). Your account is removed from the pending index.
Your registration request has been rejected by the Company Administrator. Access denied. Please contact your company's logistics manager offline.
