Add-On Service

From Factory Floor to Final Warehouse

Cargo delivery doesn't start nor end at the port. Origin pickup, line-haul, and final delivery — we handle the entire chain.

Our Door-to-Door service delivers end-to-end logistics management, taking full responsibility from origin factory pickup to final on-site delivery. Easily selected during online booking or tailored by our Trade & Compliance experts, it ensures complete supply chain continuity across all freight modes.

What's Included

1. Factory & Origin Pickup

Direct drayage dispatch from your supplier’s factory anywhere in China, eliminating self-delivery to port terminals.

2. Customs & Duty Integration (DDP)

Seamless connection with our trade compliance team to handle export clearance and import duty management (DDP options).

3. Synchronized Inland Trucking

Dedicated road transport scheduled precisely with vessel/flight arrivals to prevent port storage fees and demurrage.

4. Final-Mile Warehouse Delivery

Safe offloading and physical handoff at the consignee’s designated warehouse or commercial site across Africa and Europe.

5. End-to-End Tracking via myCall

Full digital visibility through our myCall portal, tracking your shipment milestones from origin factory to destination delivery.

6. Single Point of Accountability

One contract, one unified invoice, and a single dedicated operational team managing the entire logistics chain.
